About Summer Revival Wine Co - Dripping Springs

Wine maker and owners Ian and Becky Atkins have been in the hospitality industry for 18 years, owned and operated 5 restaurants in El Paso, TX and Portland, OR and are honored to now call the Hill Country home and share their wines with you.

Ian and Becky are upending norms and turning the traditional way of doing things inside out, but with care and precision. Utilizing minimal intervention techniques and working with sustainable vineyards, they produce bright and enjoyable wines that are made to be paired with all the things that make you smile.

Founded in 2016 by Ian Atkins, Flat Brim Wines is a low intervention Urban Winery in Portland, OR. With their expansion back to their home in the Texas Hill Country in 2020, the new label Summer Revival Wine Co. was born.
