For the first 12 years, we were known as Deere Run Winery but when we began the process to copyright the logo and name, it was learned that the name would be in conflict with the John Deere Company. At that time, we began the renaming process and selected the name ShadowBuck. It fit well with our logo that we had worked on so hard to make it unique. Deplaying our commitment to Farm to Table.
