About Los Nopales Vineyards
Founded by rancher turned grape wrangler K. Hodges in 2017, the name Los Nopales pays homage to the land the vineyard sits. "The land of the prickly pear". The vineyard stands tall in tough country thought only suited for cowboys, roughnecks and cactus. Located where the Permian Basin meets the Concho Valley in the long abandoned settlement of China Valley. Life along the deserts edge isn't for the faint of heart. The dry climate, coupled with the west Texas heat forces the vines to dig their roots, tapping into the soul of the land itself. Los Nopales Vineyards isn't just wine - it's a way of life.
