About Casa S Winery

We are a micro-boutique winery with a singular focus on Pinot Noir red and rose. We use 100% estate grown fruit, and age our wines in 100% neutral French oak. It's all about the fruit, and its unique identity. We let the grape tell its story of its year in the sun and soil. Most of our wines are Single Block, Single Clone Pinot Noirs that highlight each block’s own identity. Our obsession is with strong, vibrant, structured wines. Our tasting room experience is VERY interactive and is adapted based on your level of interest. We typically start in the main tasting room area and talk about Pinot Noir and the Willamette Valley in general to set the stage for our tour. We then continue with a facility tour of the winery and stop to taste a barrel or two to check in on the current vintage. We then move to the crush pad where we can sit down and enjoy the flight of wines for the day, and wind our way up with a little tour of the vines. All along the way I'll explain what we do, and why we do it.
