This 2021 rosé is a crowd pleaser. Made with 90% Mourvèdre from the Texas High Plains (Vanderlei Vineyard) and 10% Viognier from the Texas Hill Country (Hoover Valley Vineyard). On the nose, notes of strawberries and red plums, with a hint of dewberries and rose water. On the palate, crisp and refreshing berry flavors. Another small production wine with only 91 cases produced.
