Tasting Notes: An elegant expression of the Petite Sirah grape variety with grapes sourced from the Texas Hill Country (Hoover Valley Vineyard, aka. Uplift Vineyard). Fruity, balanced, and sophisticated with notes of red and black plums, black cherry, black pepper, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla on the nose. Notes of black tea and dark chocolate are present on the palate. Aged 18 months in barrel. Very small production (3 barrels).
