Tasting Notes: There are four wines named after our mascot, the red bird - the Cardinal: Cardinal's Crown, Cardinal's Kiss, Cardinal's Choice, and Cardinal's Friend. Cardinal's Choice is one of our original sweet wines. Every year, the blend is anchored by Muscat Canelli (everyone's favorite sweet wine, Moscato) and a red variety. This year's vintage is crafted from 50% Muscat Canelli, 25% Grenache, 15% Mourvedre, 10% Orange Muscat.
